There are no registration fees to attend the Meeting and Workshops.

Practical Information

The special bus for EPD participants to Arbois on Wednesday morning leaves from here at 8:30 in the morning.

Getting to the EPD meeting from Aix-en-Provence Centre

If you want to go to EPD Meeting From Aix-en-Provence Centre you can take bus 15 or 18 see here for a map of bus stops and lines. It may be easiest to take the bus in Belges Avenue, where you find bus stops of Line 15 to Duranne Europole (place of the meeting) and Line 18 to Duranne Ecole (close to the Meeting place):

The arrival at the meeting place is easy with the bus 15 but you can also take the faster bus line 18 in Belges Avenue to Duranne Ecole and get off at Philibert stop or Pleiades stop, then you walk 5 minutes to Europole Arbois (place of the Meeting) see:

Getting to the city from airport

There are shuttle buses running from the airport to the Aix-en-Provence city centre every 30 minutes. The bus trip ends at the Bus Terminal (called “Gare routiere”), which is at walking distance from the city centre (see map). If you travel by train

TGV trains stop at a train station outside the city centre (Aix-en-Provence TGV station) and at the train station Marseille Saint Charles. Buses belonging to the “Cartreize” company run regularly between the train stations and the Bus Terminal (“Gare routiere”) in Aix-en-Provence (see location of the Bus Terminal here.

If you arrive at Marseille Saint Charles train station you may also take a train directly to Aix-en-Provence city centre.
